1-13 - antifriction sodium-calcium lubricant
Compliance with the requirements:
TU 38.401-58-142-95
DIN 51 502
K3H-20, K4H-20
Lubricant 1-13 is a general purpose lubricant for elevated temperatures, made from a mixture of low and medium viscosity petroleum oils, thickened with sodium soap of castor oil fatty acids.
Information:
Lubricant 1-13 is a general purpose lubricant for elevated temperatures, made from a mixture of low and medium viscosity petroleum oils, thickened with sodium soap of castor oil fatty acids. The lubricant is operable in the temperature range from minus 20 ° C to plus 110 ° C.
Lubrication 1-13 is made in accordance with the technical specifications 38.401-58-142-95 .
Application:
Lubricant 1-13 is used to lubricate rolling and sliding friction units of mechanisms and machines operating at temperatures from minus 20 ° C to plus 110 ° C. In powerful mechanisms, it remains operational at temperatures up to minus 40 ° C.
Most often, grease 1-13 is used to lubricate the bearings of electric motors (at elevated temperatures up to 80-90 ° C), the wheel hubs of cars and other similar friction units. The service life of grease in bearings is quite long; for example, in electric motor bearings it is replaced every three years.
Advantages:
- Corrosion protection;
- Antifriction properties;
- Long service life in friction units of mechanisms;
- Low-temperature properties.
