Lubricant IP-1 is an industrial lubricant made from viscous mineral oil by thickening fatty acids with calcium soaps.

Information:

Industrial plastic lubricants IP-1 are used in mechanisms with increased load and provide a reduction in power losses and prevent wear. The IP-1 lubricant is made from viscous mineral oil by thickening fatty acids with calcium soaps. Performance characteristics of industrial lubricants:

• Reliable protection of friction units from wear and jamming

• Good lubricating and anticorrosive properties

• Good water resistance and low water washability

• Excellent pumpability

• Work at elevated temperatures

Application:

• Bearings of rolling mills and other friction units of metallurgical equipment with centralized lubrication supply

• Replacement of Uniol-2M/2 lubricant

• IP-1z - winter lubricant, used from minus 10 to plus 70C
